Our Mission
Southern Sausages aims to provide the Christchurch community with a simply superior gourmet sausage collection by sourcing high-quality, locally produced beef sausages from a local, kiwi-run farm out in Darfield. We are committed to social sustainability by ensuring our products are inclusive and gluten-free, and by supporting our local community through our '1-for-10' donation initiative, providing a meal to those in need for every ten sausage packs sold.
